Early in the morning on Saturday, December 5th, Santa brought his RE/MAX hot air balloon to Joan and Kevin Pratt’s backyard in Bell Mountain Ranch to take some photos with their friends, family and clients. 

It was a typical Colorado winter day--chilly but sunny.  Bundled up kids with rosy cheeks watched Poler Express and drank hot chocolate inside while eagerly awaiting their chance to have their photo taken with Santa and to ride in his hot air balloon.  Over 80 people braved the elements and were rewarded with a glorious view in the sky from Pike’s Peak to Long’s Peak. 

Joan M. Pratt is a local Douglas County Realtor with RE/MAX Professionals.  Joan is having another awesome year and thought this would be a great way to celebrate.  “Most of my business comes from referrals and so I host three client appreciation events each year to thank my friends, family and clients for their support.”
