We would like to share the great experience we had working with Joan Pratt in the sale of our house. When you are working with a friend you are not always sure how things will turn out, but in this case it could not have been better.
From the beginning she was truly professional, helping us prepare the house to give the best impression. She recommended professionals to prepare the house, take pictures, and she aggressively marketed the property.
But this was not the only reason this was a great experience. Joan pursued buyers, and followed up with realtors to see why prospective buyers were not making offers. In one particular case, this resulted in a buyer that initially was not interested, coming and looking at the house, and ultimately purchasing it.
She also was persistent during the negotiations, looking out for our interests the entire time. We knew we were in good hands.
Our home sold in approximately 45 days at a price that we felt was reasonable. And with the market as it is, we feel this says a lot about Joan.
