Meet Alisyn, the heart of our administrative operations. With over 13 years of service in the Army, she brings discipline, efficiency, and exceptional organizational skills to our team. Beyond her military background, Alisyn has spent a decade in childcare and education, including 10 years as a dedicated nanny. Her ability to multitask, problem-solve, and communicate effectively makes her an invaluable asset in her role as Executive Assistant. When she’s not keeping us organized, she’s making a difference in children’s lives, a passion that reflects her dedication, adaptability, and service-driven mindset. A graduate of Colorado Christian University with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Digital Media, Grace brings fresh perspective, keen attention to detail, and a passion for connecting with others. After leading a real estate group to triple their sales in just two years, she founded Paragon Transaction Management to help agents thrive by taking the weight of administrative tasks off their shoulders.
